Background
I am an American who has lived in France for 30 years, and written software for 25 of them. I spent most of that career on trading floors and at software vendors, on systems where the data has to be right the first time: structured-product pricers, risk calculations, payroll dematerialization at 12 million messages a month.
I have been independent since 2007, and I bring those standards to projects of every size. A marketing site deserves the same rigor as a banking service — it simply costs less to build when you know how.

It depends on scope, and I would rather give you an accurate number than a misleading range. After a free first conversation you get a written, itemised quote — fixed price for a scoped project, or a day rate for a reinforcement engagement. Nothing is owed until you sign.
A marketing site: one to three weeks. A business application: four to twelve weeks depending on scope, with a usable first version online within the first weeks. The schedule is part of the quote.
The opposite, provided you know how to steer it. AI writes repetitive code, tests and documentation quickly; architecture, technical decisions and review of every delivered line stay mine. You pay for fewer typing hours and just as many thinking hours.
You do, entirely, from delivery: transfer of rights, Git repository handed over, installation documentation included. No proprietary component keeps you tied to me.
